(a) (1) There is hereby levied an annual $5.00 license tax under the provisions of Ohio R.C. 4504.171 that shall take effect beginning in the year July 1, 2011, and that revenue derived from said tax will be used for the purposes authorized pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4504.171 including to supplement costs and expenses associated with the maintenance of public roads within the City, as further defined in Section 2 of Ordinance Number 72, 1968.
(2) All revenues derived from said tax shall be deposited, pending use, in the Street Department Fund and a Capitol Improvement Line Item.

(b) (1) There is hereby levied an annual $5.00 license tax on the provisions of Ohio Revised Code 4504.172 that shall take effect beginning in the year July 1, 2012 and that revenue derived from said tax will be used for the purposes authorized pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 4504.172 including to supplement costs and expenses associated with the maintenance of public roads within the City, as further defined in Section 2 of Ordinance Number 72, 1968.
(2) All revenues derived from said tax shall be deposited, pending use, in the Street Department Permissive Fund.
