(a) Additional Tax Imposed. There is hereby levied an annual five-dollar ($5.00) license tax under the provisions of Ohio R.C. 4504.171 that shall take effect beginning in the year July 1, 2003, and revenue derived from said tax will be used for the purposes authorized pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4504.171 including to supplement costs and expenses associated with the maintenance of public roads within the City, as further defined in Section 2 of Ordinance Number 72, 1968. (b) All revenues derived from said tax shall be deposited, pending use, in the Street Permissive Fund for the year 2010. Thereafter, all of said revenues derived from said tax shall be deposited, pending use, in the Street Department Fund and a Capital Improvement Line Item.

(c) The Clerk shall forward a certified copy of this section to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles immediately after its effective date.
