171.01 APPOINTMENT OF MUNICIPAL OFFICERS.

The Director of Public Service-Safety, or any board or officer whose appointment is required by this Administrative Code, shall be appointed not earlier than the second Monday in January and not later than the first Monday in February, and shall hold their respective offices until their successors are appointed as herein required.
