168.06 LIAISON.

The East Liverpool City Treasurer shall be the liaison between the Tourism Bureau and the City and shall have a representative attend each meeting of the Tourism Bureau. The Treasurer shall also be the authorized person to sign purchase orders as directed by the Bureau.
