No person shall fail to comply with any lawful order of the Thompson Park Superintendent or any of his agents, or any law enforcement officer in the administration and enforcement of any of the Park rules and regulations contained in this chapter; or of any City ordinances or State law applicable to the protection of the health, safety, welfare and peaceable enjoyment of the Park by the public and the preservation of Park property.
