161.04  EXECUTIVE COMMISSIONS ESTABLISHED.
   The work of the Board shall be carried out by two Executive Commissions:  The Commission of Inter-Group Relations and the Commission of Employment Practices, whose duties are hereinafter set forth.  (Ord. 44, 1963.)
