This Chapter shall not, in any manner, abrogate any of the other provisions of the Codified Ordinances of the City of East Liverpool pertaining to the abatement of public nuisances or unsafe buildings. (Ord. 67, 2016. Passed 10-3-16.)
It shall be unlawful for the owner of any dwelling unit or structure, commercial or industrial building who has received a demolition order to sell, transfer, mortgage, lease, encumber, in any way or otherwise dispose of such dwelling unit or structure to another until consent has been given by the Planning Commission of the City of East Liverpool.
