157.01 ESTABLISHMENT AND COMPOSITION.

A Board of Health for the City Health District is hereby established. Such Board shall be composed of five members, who shall be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by Council, and who shall serve without compensation. A majority of the members shall constitute a quorum. The Mayor shall be the President of the Board by virtue of his office.
