155.02 CLERK; APPOINTMENT AND DUTIES.

The office of clerk of the Civil Service Commission is hereby created. The clerk shall be appointed by the Chairman of the Civil Service Commission and shall perform such appropriate duties relating to the functioning of the Civil Service Commission as shall, from time to time, be assigned him.
