Eighty percent (80%) of the civil penalties collected pursuant to this chapter shall be allocated to the Police Department Fund Line Item 221 1 2114 2456 MISC Expenses for the purchase of equipment and/or salaries in the East Liverpool Police Department. The remaining penalties collected shall be allocated to General Fund Account 101 1 00 4 2456 MISC Expenses.
