151.01 ESTABLISHMENT AND COMPOSITION.

There is hereby established a Board of Park Commissioners. The Board shall consist of three members who shall be electors of the City and who shall be appointed by the Mayor. Such members, who shall serve without compensation, shall be appointed for terms of one, two and three years respectively, and their successors shall be appointed for terms of three years.
