147.03 HEARING ON CAUSE OF FIRE.

The Fire Chief, while conducting his investigation, may take or cause to be taken, if necessary, the testimony on oath of all persons supposed to be cognizant of any facts, or to have means of knowledge in relation to the matter concerning which the investigation is being made, and may cause such testimony to be reduced to writing.
