Wherever used in the Fire Prevention Code, the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them:
(a) "Jurisdiction" means the City of East Liverpool, Ohio.
(b) "Fire Prevention Bureau" means the Fire Department of the City.
(c) "Fire Official" means the Chief of the Fire Department, or his designated agent or representative.
(d) "Code" means the Codes adopted under Section 1501.01.
