146.01 ESTABLISHMENT; APPOINTMENT OF OFFICER.

There is hereby created within the Police Department the Juvenile Police Bureau. The Bureau shall contain a Juvenile Police Officer who shall be appointed from the ranks of the Police Department by the Director of Public Service-Safety.
