The police and sanitary jurisdiction of the City is hereby extended to provide for the protection of all public parks, owned and used by the City and located beyond the corporate limits of the City.
The violation in such parks of any of the provisions of these Codified Ordinances any resolutions pertaining to the police and sanitary jurisdiction shall be prosecuted in the Municipal Court of the City.
