(a) The unit must comply with federal HUD sectional home standards.
(b) The unit must be placed on a permanent cement block foundation.
(c) The unit must be sectional and constructed or installed on site, excluding mobile units.
(d) All utilities must be connected according to all current regulations of this Housing Code.
(e) A unit must meet use and setback requirements for the zoning district in which it is located.
