(b) Incinerators: For factory assembled direct-fed having a combustion chamber volume of not over 4 cubic feet - $2.00.
For all other incinerators, $.60 per cubic foot of primary combustion chamber volume or fraction thereof.
(c) Minimum permit shall be $3.00 per unit.
Installation of electro-static air cleaner in any duct system - $2.00.
