The following fee schedule shall prevail for alteration work to be performed on residential properties (single, two family and multiple family dwellings.)

(c) $1,001.00 to $50,000.00 | $25.00 plus $7.00 per $1,000.00 or fraction thereof in excess of $1,000.00. |
(d) $50,001.00 to $250,000.00 | $370.00 plus $1.75 per $1,000.00 or fraction thereof in excess of $50,000,00 |
(e) $250,001.00 to $500,000.00 and over | $800.00 plus $.50 per $1,000.00 or fraction thereof in excess of $250,000.00 |

(f) Separate permits shall be obtained for electrical, heating, air conditioning and plumbing.
(g) Alterations. The changing of design for any building, either by adding to or removal of rooms, walls, stairs, closets or any similar change. (Building permit required.)
(h) General Maintenance. The replacement of roof surface, surface siding, windows, painting or any maintenance not involving physical changes in the structure. (Building permit not required.) (Ord. 76, 1978.)
