The following fee schedule shall prevail for new construction work to be performed on all residential, commercial or industrial properties, including complete erection, electrical, heating and air conditioning, but not including plumbing:

(b) 501.00 to 1,000 | 25.00 |
(c) 1,001 to 50,000 | 25.00 plus $7.00 per $1,000.00 or fraction thereof in excess of $1,000.00. |
(d) 50,001 to 250,000 | 370.00 plus $1.75 per $1,000.00 or fraction thereof in excess of $50,000.00. |
(e) 250,001 to 500,000 and over | 800.00 plus $.50 per $1,000.00 or fraction thereof in excess of $250,000.00. |
