(a) The position of Deputy Director of Public Service-Safety is hereby created.
(b) The Deputy Director of Public Service-Safety is hereby granted all the rights, duties, powers and obligations under the Ohio Revised Code, Codified Ordinances of the City and other ordinances and resolutions of the City, which the Director now enjoys.
(c) The Mayor of the City is hereby authorized and empowered to appoint a Deputy Director of Public Service-Safety.
