1311.03 MAXIMUM PERIOD OF STREET OCCUPANCY; PASSAGEWAYS.

No person moving any building over any of the streets of the City shall permit the same to remain on any particular block on any street or public way for a longer period than three days, and a good and sufficient passageway for one vehicle shall at all times be provided on one side of the building.
