The City hereby adopts the following rules and regulations for the Spring Grove Cemetery.
(a) Artificial flowers permitted in planters only and must be maintained.
(b) Winter holiday decorations permitted on graves from November 1st until February 1st.
(c) All planters must be well maintained or be removed.
(d) Any decorations or flowers left on graves not maintained will be removed.
(e) No glass containers permitted on graves.
(f) 10 MPH speed limit within the cemetery.
(g) The City is not responsible for the actions of volunteers or grave owners.
