131.09 REPORTS TO COUNCIL.

At the first regular meeting in January of each year and at such other times as he deems expedient, the Mayor shall report to Council concerning the affairs of the City.

The annual report shall also contain a full and correct statement of all moneys coming into the hands of the Mayor or the Chief of Police or other officer of the City due such Mayor.
