The policies and procedures pertaining the billing and payment of the sewer service charges, late payment penalties, delinquent customer shut-off procedures and collection of delinquent accounts shall be in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of The Water Department of the City of East Liverpool, Ohio, adopted by the Board of Public Utilities on July 16, 1987 and any future revisions made therein.
