(a) Removal Credits. Where applicable, the Authority may elect to initiate a program of removal credits as part of this chapter to reflect the POTW's ability to remove pollutants in accordance with 40 CFR Part 403.7.
(b) Net/Gross Calculations. The Authority may elect to adjust categorical pretreatment standards to reflect the presence of pollutants in the dischargers intake water, in accordance with 40 CFR Part 403.15.
