(a) Purpose. It is the purpose of this chapter to provide for the payment of fees from dischargers to the Authority's wastewater disposal system, to compensate the Authority for the cost of administration of the pretreatment program established herein, and other fees as presented below.
(b) Charges and Fees (Reserved). The City shall adopt charges and fees which may include:
(1) Fees for monitoring, inspections and surveillance procedures;
(2) Fees to permit applications (permit only);
(3) Fees for filing appeals;
(4) Fees for reviewing accidental discharge procedures and construction.
These fees relate solely to the matters covered by this chapter and are separate from all other fees chargeable by the City.
