125.04 COST OF ADVERTISING PRIVATE ORDINANCES, NOTICES AND RESOLUTIONS.

The cost and expense incurred in advertising and publication of all ordinances, notices or resolutions passed by Council in behalf of any private person shall be paid to the Clerk of Council prior to the first publication of the same.
