909.10 "CONSTRUCT" TO MEAN "REPAIR".

(a) For the purposes of this chapter, the words "construct" and "construction", whenever and wherever used, shall be interpreted to mean "construct or repair" or "construction or repair".

(b) For the purposes of this chapter, the word "constructed" whenever and wherever used, shall be interpreted to mean "constructed or repaired."
