909.08 RESPONSIBILITY OF ABUTTING OWNERS AND OCCUPANTS.

No owner or occupant of property abutting upon the streets or alleys within the City shall fail to keep such streets and alleys in front of his property clean and free from any nuisance. Any owner or occupant who refuses or neglects to do so within one day of the due notice from the Department of Public Service-Safety shall be in violation of this section.
