Licensee shall prepare and deliver to the Police Chief or to any person authorized by him, each work day, before the hour of twelve o'clock noon, a legible and correct copy from such entries of the description of personal property regulated herein, received, purchased, sold, exchanged, traded or loaned during the preceding work day, with a time at which the article was received or disposed. Said records shall at all times be open to the inspection of the Mayor, Police Chief, or any Law Enforcement Agency provided for herein or any other person authorized by the Mayor, Police Chief or any law enforcement agency. Upon demand of any of them, the Licensee shall produce and show any article thus listed and described which is in his possession. Articles found to be contraband, stolen or illegally obtained shall be deposited with the Police Department to be held for evidence and returned to the lawful owner, when found, or otherwise disposed of as other found property held by the Police Department.
