An applicant denied a permit may appeal within fifteen days of the denial to the Appeals Board, comprised of the Mayor and Service/Safety Director, who shall hold a hearing thereon within fifteen days from receipt of the notice of appeal. The Appeals Board may affirm or reverse the denial of the permit.
