(a) Any person violating or failing to comply with the provisions of Section 781.02(a) relating to the licensing of ambulances, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree for each offense.
(b) Any person violating or failing to comply with any other provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for each offense.
(c) Each day that any violation of, or failure to comply with this chapter is permitted to continue shall constitute a separate and distinct offense under this section and shall be punishable as such.
