781.11 RENEWAL OF LICENSE.

Renewal of any license hereunder, upon expiry for any reason or after revocation, shall require conformance with all the requirements of this chapter as upon original licensing; except that a driver or attendant-driver shall also complete, prior to such renewal, the National Safety Council's Emergency Defensive Driving Course.
