773.99  PENALTY.
   (a)    Whoever violates any provision of Sections 773.03 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
   (b)    Whoever violates any other provision of Chapter 773 for which no other penalty is provided, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense and misdemeanor of the fourth degree for subsequent offenses.
