760.09  LOCATION REGULATIONS.
   Adult entertainment businesses shall be permitted in any commercially-zoned district provided that:
   (a)   The adult entertainment business shall not be operated or located within  radius of 1000 feet of:
      (1)   A church, synagogue or regular place of religious worship;
      (2)   A public or private school, library or teaching facility;
      (3)   A boundary of any area zoned for residential use;
      (4)   A public park or recreational facility;
      (5)   A licensed day-care center;
      (6)   Establishments for the sale of beer or intoxicating liquor for consumption on the premises;
      (7)   Pool or billiard halls;
      (8)   Pinball halls or arcades;
      (9)   Dance halls or discotheques;
      (10)   Another adult entertainment business.
   (b)   All building openings, entries and windows for adult entertainment businesses shall be located, covered or screened in such a manner as to prevent a view into the interior from any public or semi-public place or area.
   (c)   Advertisements, displays or other promotional materials shall not be shown or exhibited so as to be visible to the public from pedestrian sidewalks or from other public or semi-public places or areas.
   (d)   It shall be unlawful to allow a person who is younger than eighteen years of age to enter or be on the premises of an adult entertainment business.
