The Office of Planning and Development shall suspend a permit and/or license for a period not to exceed thirty days if he determines that permittee and/or licensee or an employee of a permittee and/or licensee has:
(a) Violated or is not in compliance with any section of this chapter;
(b) Become impaired or intoxicated through the use of alcoholic beverages while on the adult entertainment business premises;
(c) Refused to allow the inspection of the adult entertainment business premises as authorized by this chapter;
(d) Knowingly permitted gambling by any person on the adult entertainment business premises. (Ord. 55, 1994. Passed 11-21-94.)
