Any and all articles, excepting motor vehicles, described in Section 737.01 purchased or exchanged shall be retained by the purchaser thereof for at least thirty days before disposing of the same, and shall be kept in an accessible place in the building where such articles are purchased or received with a tag attached to such articles in some visible and convenient place with the number written thereon corresponding to the entry number on the book required to be kept by Section 737.09.
