715.02 RECEIPTS FOR DONATION REQUIRED.

Upon solicitation of such financial assistance the representative must provide the donator with any article, tag, emblem, publication, ticket, advertisement, subscription or anything of value on the plea or representation that such sale or solicitation or proceeds therefrom are for the charitable, educational, patriotic or philanthropic purpose.
