709.16 GAMBLING DEVICES PROHIBITED.

No owner, distributor or exhibitor shall install or permit the use of any mechanical or electrically operated amusement device which is a gambling device; nor shall any license be issued for same.

Any machine, device, instrument, apparatus or contrivance which is determined to be a gambling device may be seized and destroyed by the Chief of Police.
