Should any owner, distributor or exhibitor violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, it shall be the duty of the Mayor to revoke his license.
In case of the revocation of the exhibitor's license, the licenses of all machines operated by him, or on his premises, shall be revoked, and such machines removed from the premises within twenty-four hours thereafter. An owner, distributor or exhibitor whose license has been revoked shall not be eligible to apply for or receive a new license within a period of one year after revocation.
