709.12 CHANGE OF LOCATION OF MACHINES.

No licensed mechanical or electrically operated amusement device or music device shall be removed from one premises to another or from one room to another on the same premises, unless the new location shall be approved by the Mayor and duly noted on the license and on the City's records.
