From and after December 1, 2004, every exhibitor shall pay an annual license fee of thirty dollars ($30.00) for each such device maintained or exhibited. Every license issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on November 30 of each year, unless earlier revoked.
