701.99  PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, where no penalty is otherwise provided is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
   (b)   Whoever violates any provision of Section 701.07 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
