701.06 FALSE OR DECEPTIVE ADVERTISEMENTS.

No person shall publish, disseminate, circulate or place before the public any advertisement for the purpose of selling or in any way disposing of any merchandise, service, securities or anything offered by him, which advertisement contains any assertion, representation or statement of fact which is untrue or deceptive.
