The Mayor shall keep the necessary blank forms required by this chapter, and shall keep an accurate record of all licenses issued by him. He shall pay to the Auditor, at the end of each month, all license fees and issuing fees received by him, and his remittance shall be accompanied by an itemized statement of account. The Auditor shall place all such fees to the credit of the Billboard Regulation Fund, which shall be used to pay the cost and expenses of administering this chapter and those regulations contained in Section 1131.05 of the Planning and Zoning Code.
