549.065 UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF BLOWGUNS AND DART BLOWGUNS.
   (a)   No person shall possess a blowgun or dart blowgun.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of unlawful possession of a blowgun or dart blowgun, a misdemeanor of the second degree.
