§ 3.75 PULLING WATER SKIER; NUMBER OF PERSONS IN BOAT.

No person shall operate a boat on a waterway of this city having in tow a person on water skis or similar contrivance unless there is in such boat, in addition to the operator, at least one competent person in a position to observe the person being towed.
