§ 3.72 NIGHT WATER SKIING.
   No operator of any watercraft shall have in tow or shall otherwise be assisting in the propulsion of a person on water skies, water sled, surfboard or other similar contrivance during the period one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour prior to sunrise. No person shall permit himself for herself to be towed on water skies, watersled, surfboard or similar contrivance in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter.
