§ 3.70 MAJOR ACCIDENT REPORT.
   The operator of any watercraft involved in any accident resulting in injury or death to any person or property damage of $50 or more shall give his or her name, address and the registration number of his or her watercraft, and also the name and address of the owner of the watercraft, to the person struck or the operator or occupants of any watercraft collided with and render to any person injured in the accident reasonable assistance, including the transporting of the persons to a physician or surgeon for medical or surgical treatment if it is apparent that treatment is necessary or requested by the injured person. In any such case, the operator shall notify the city Police Department. Any accident report form filed pursuant to this section shall not be evidence in any civil or criminal action in any court of this state.
