§ 3.68 SAFE OPERATION; SPEED.
   Any person operating or propelling a watercraft upon any waterway shall operate the same in a careful and prudent manner, and at such rate of speed as not to endanger the life or property of any person. No person shall operate any watercraft at a rate of speed greater than will permit him or her, in the exercise of reasonable care, to bring the watercraft to a stop within the assured clear distance ahead. No person shall operate a watercraft in a manner so as to unreasonably interfere with the lawful use by others of any waterway.
